Embark on a silent, solo hike through Boulder County’s stunning landscape. Walk with your intention, listen deeply, and let the land reflect what’s within.

Integrate & Connect
Return to the group for reflection, sharing, and gentle integration. We’ll close the day together with insight, connection, and renewed clarity.

Marissa Brun, LMFT, is a nature-rooted therapist licensed in Colorado, California, and Connecticut specializing in complex trauma and anxiety in her practice WildSense Therapy. With over a decade of experience and certification in ecotherapy through Wilderness Reflections, she brings a grounded, experiential approach to healing—whether in the therapy room or beneath a canopy of trees. Marissa believes healing is innate and unfolds through attuned relationships, emotional safety, and deep connection with the natural world. Her work draws from experiential and relational modalities including IFS, EMDR, and AEDP and she offers teletherapy, nature-based sessions in Boulder County, and restorative retreats and consultation for fellow healers. Paris Williams, Ph.D., is a a psychologist licensed in Colorado, California and Utah. He has degrees in Contemplative (mindfulness-centered) Psychology, Somatic Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Ecology. He provides a unique approach to ecotherapy, drawing from many years of experience incorporating somatic (body-based) and mindfulness-based psychotherapy methods. He is certified as an Ecotherapist through Wilderness Reflections, has trained with Animas Valley Institute, and has worked as an ecotherapy guide and teacher with Restorative Relationships. Dr. Paris Williams, Clinical Psychologist (Licensed in California and Utah), has BA, MA and PhD degrees in Contemplative (mindfulness-centered) Psychology, Somatic Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Ecology. He has extensive experience in the field of trauma: He has taught dozens of mindful-somatic trainings in the U.S. and internationally. He has researched and supported those recovering from acute and developmental trauma, psychosis, chronic pain, substance dependency and other extreme states. And he continues to work as a psychologist in private practice as well as supervising individuals and groups of health professionals in this work.
